The House provides an attractive, low cost venue for community activities, weddings, meetings, training workshops, functions, etc. There is some car parking available on site.

Set up and pack down time must be included in the hire time. Noise is to be down by 11.30 pm and the House vacated by 00.30 am the following morning. Cleaning up and all rubbish disposal is the responsibility of the hirer.
Events past 10pm will include a $50 lock up fee.

We can supply 7 large and 6 small trestle tables, approximately 40 chairs, plus 80 stackable outdoor resin chairs. We also have whiteboards and an overhead projector and screen. A range of crockery, cutlery and tumblers for around 60 people is available, but we are unable to supply wine glasses.

Ground floor (with wheelchair access)
- Flesher Room: a large reception/meeting room (4.8 x 6.8 metres) – 25-30 people seated.
- Gordon Prince Room: a large meeting room – 30-40 people seated.
- A large commercial-grade kitchen.
- Laundry and Toilet block.
- Margaret Deakin Room: currently a well stocked, cosy library for community use, including a table seating 4-6.
First floor
- Cora Wilding Room: a large room (4.8 x 6.8 metres: same size as Flesher Room on ground floor), suitable for meetings, etc – 25-30 people seated.
- Lesley McMillan Room: a small lounge room – 4-5 people including small couch
- Richmond History Room: Archives room, not for hire.
